TB oil seals can be customized if you provide the model or picture. For complex cases, samples are required. Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces.
The TB oil seal is an iron ring on the outside and a rubber oil seal seal on the inside. In addition, there are SB type oil seals. They have the same structure except for single lip and double lip. Even TB and SB can be used interchangeably. TB oil seals are mainly used in cars/trucks/motors and industrial equipment.
TB oil seal is also a rotary oil seal. Because of the steel structure outside, it is stronger, has good stability, and is more wear-resistant. The most important thing is that its positioning is very accurate and has a good sealing effect.
TB oil seal is mainly composed of iron and stainless steel skeleton and rubber. The main rubber is NBR-nitrile and FKM/FPM/VITON. The fluorine rubber material is usually brown and black, and also blue.
